Cesar Ortega is awesome! He was very flexible and helped me through the entire application process. Helped me get into the car I had been wanting for a while. He was very patient with me and my many questions even after the facility was closed. I have been an Auto City customer for about 5 years now they always make sure I'm satisfied before I leave the lot.
